you can edit the old emerald pack, I think the maker of that pack allowed others to modify it.

The thing is, the xna studio requires ANOTHER PROGRAM that I can't find anywhere(well, I can find ones that don't work, but...).

I'd really appreciate a default texture pack. Either that or I'll have to edit someone else's pack(New Emerald Pack). But I don't want to do that.

Well getting xnb to a png does not require it but png to xnb then will require it anyway

Plus my xna formatter does not really require that Given that I modify that program to allow me to secretly send you some files to convert back to xnb.
