do you have a .laccdb file with the database? The other possibility is that you need something from microsoft because you have access but not full office?

Did you have the database open? I think Access only allows one process to access the database at a time

I don't know what the issue is that makes it so people can't open the database but here is the next version of it that adds another details page for evolutions. The other possibility is that you need to have Access to run the program which is annoying(thanks alot microshaft).

whoever the person who made the @options account I now officially hate them........

you just need to open all of your scripts in notepad++ and then just ctrl+h all files almost no actual organization of syntax changed(you might need to manually fix the @options stuff)

I am sure you are free to do what ever you want as long as you dont distribute it

It wont be an official content pack I am just saying it is possible if you want permission just link to the game and say you want to make a content pack for it if they say no thats the end of it I am not gonna get involved in a permissions war......:P

texture packs arent official infact the "official" version of the game(no mods no changes, etc) uses flat 2d sprites so :P

if there was an easy "use this program to convert all of the models from ____ format to .x format" and we could just grab the pixelmon models then it might work the easy way = buggy probably but meh
