Solved Stuck in the ground

Hey guys, ive got a little poblem here.. i kind of slit into the ground from the ramp in front of the pokemon friend in the union cave and now im stuck.. Heres a pic of the situation,

Any way i can get out of there without an escape rope or dig?

you need to goto the /pokemon/save/<player name>/ folder and find player.dat
open it in notepad or a like program and change the second number in the second line to 0.1
