Make Dark-types more available

I just caught a Pancham, and it is able to evolve at level 32 as long as you have a Dark-type pokemon in your party. Well, I did some looking around and I see that there aren't any Dark-type Pokemon available until I reach Route 48 where Houndoor is available at night at an appearance rate of 1% or I pay to go into the safari zone.

Dark Types become more accessible right after the completion of the 4th gym and gaining surf. You can catch a Vullaby in the Violet City hidden grotto, on route 43 you can try to get a Deino, Mahogany Town hidden grotto holds a skorupi. Granted all of these pokemon are in the 1% tier. However on Route 39 before you head to Olivine, you can catch a Liepard which is quite easy.

I'm trying to catch a Vullaby now, the wiki doesnt have Deino listed as obtainable on Rt. 43 anymore. But thank you

You can catch spiritomb if you have surf and headbutt as well.

Thanks, I'll have to go catch a Spiritomb and Larvesta at some point. I'll focus on Entei for now tho, its hard.
