Eggs and Safari Zone Question.

So If I am in the Safari Zone and walking around with an egg those steps count correct?

And also, if I have multiple eggs in the same party, will they all hatch?

Steps should count in all Safari Zone areas (because you technically still have your party on you, you just can't use them).

And also, if I have multiple eggs in the same party, will they all hatch?

Not all at the same time, as each Egg likely has a different amount of steps left to hatch. For example, if you have five Eggs in your party, with 10,000, 1,000, 100, 10, and 1 step left on them, and you take a step forward, the steps will become 9,999, 999, 99, 9, and the last Egg will hatch.
