everyone loves to get calls from trainers and re-battle them to get some good XP. But what about those Lv.5 trainers that call. no one wants to battle them. this is why Trainers should lv up along with us after we fought them once. kinda how our Rival levels up with us, the NPC's should do the same. Don't you agree?

From what i've seen, Trainers do level up along with you. I only have a few people on my phone, and Juggler Irwin on route 35 is one of them because of the random stones he gives every now and then.

First time you fight him his Poke are 5 lvl 10-15 voltorbs, later when I fought him again his first Voltorb was level 20 something, and he had an Electrode level 45.

While it is annoying to get calls from the trainers with level 5 pokemon, they do improve, and training against lower leveled pokemon does weild less XP, it still gives the same amount of EV's as say a lvl 20 voltorb as apposed to a lvl 5. If you want to get as many EV's before leveling, training against weaker pokemon is the best idea, and vica versa.

Have you every used any vitamins like Protein or Carbos on your pokemon? Those give about 10 EV's of the given stat. Any pokemon you battle can give 1 - 3 points in any of the stats they've been given, effectively making your pokemon stronger without leveling them up. You have a max of 510 EV's per Pokemon. So choose what you battle wisely, for whatever Poke, because some poke may not give good points for what stat you're going for.

There are tons of guides on EV training you can look up on google, etc.
