I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream

I don't know if this sounds like a good idea, but I think voice chatting should be added to P3D.
The game already has the regular chat. I'm still thinking that with all the typos, long writing, and writing mistakes, it's going to be a mess for most people using the regular in-game chat. That's where voice chatting comes in.
Even though I don't usually voice chat, this should be a more faster and useful way to chat in P3D. Voice Chat will only work on servers and will not work on SP for both GJ and Non-GJ members. So, the only thing you need is a set of headphones and a mouth. Hope this gets added to P3D.

I don't think everyone has a mouth to use voice chat, and we can't force people to get a mouth just so they could use the voice chat.

The mouth thing is just put up for a good laugh. You don't actually need to force the people to voice chat either.

No one will be talking in gibberish language.

I find this idea to be a little tedious and excessive. If players really wanted to contact each other vocally, they can exchange Skype contacts (which is a free program). Implementing a voice chat for the game seems a little redundant, especially since it's still under heavy development.

This is still in development? Even if Skype is a great alternative, voice chatting via game is more easier. This is pretty much the same method as the radio listening method.

just stick with skype. its easier and much more efficient. also, if it did happen, you have to worry about the bandwidth. which at this point, there has been some server bugs that are hard to remove which to increase the bandwidth. so even when the bugs and stability are corrected, the voice chat would lower the bandwidth. and we wouldnt want people to play in the servers in Lag Town. its terrible there...

a simple text message in-game is fine if people dont want to speak.
