Just Curious (Diagonal Movement Question)

I was wondering if diagonal movement has been disabled in version .22 because I've tried to put it in the mode but I've gotten no success. I'm aware that it was glitchy but is it gone due to the new following Pokemon update or am I just really incompetent?

Disabled as of v0.22 due to multiple users reporting the same issues when the issue comes from having diagonal movement enabled.
