Jessie, James, and Meowth (Team Rocket trio)

How about adding the Team Rocket trio Jessie, James, and Meowth from the anime series with their Pokemon?
Later they could use some Pokemon of newer generations.

It would be great if they were like "a second rival" but they can appear anywhere and anytime.
This would be some random surprise

Or are they already included?

Yeah, the game could have more rivals, which can battle again and again against the player, but after each battle this rival get more strong or appear in different locations after each battle, changing his team, based in the Pokémon next to the new area. Giving him a own starter, not necessarily one of the original serie, could be nice too.

We kinda have something like that with Cal in Viridian city and Lorelei on Four Island
