Fixed Lost Pokemon

I have seemed to have "lost" a few of my Pokemon. I caught a Psyduck, after catching a Sandshrew, and the Sandshrew was no longer in the box. I then caught a Medapod, and the Psyduck wasnt present. Then I deposited my Ekans so I could train the Medapod and I caught an Aipom and my Ekans was gone.

nope you can however generate them and put them in the boxes

nope, never. But you can edit the files to add pokemon on your PC or party
