Not a bug [Index 0.50.1] Confirmation of using Max Repel Dissapears After Few Uses

Describe the bug you experienced here.

I am not sure if this is also a bug for max repel since it appear sometimes and sometimes do not.

What I expected to happen:
After using max repel, it will ask you to use again. The Dialogue should appear until there isn't any left or you press no.
* Side note, I have more than 50 max repel with me.

What actually happened:
Nothing appear after few usage.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use max repel a few times.
2. Continue to press yes for each dialogue.

I can confirm this as well, but I couldn't find a pattern to why this happens?

I am sure someone have face this and still not sure how it works... Intentional?

This is not a bug.
If you restart your game, it won't save the last Repel used.
