Fixed [Indev 0.50.1] Saffron City Building Misplacement

One of the buildings in Saffron City appears to be too far to the right.

What I expected to happen:
The building to not be obscuring the road.

What actually happened:
The building seems to be too far to the right.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit eastern Saffron City.
