I am able to adjust the Text Speed option with all of the methods I provided above. I am unable to replicate this glitch.

Mine is working fine as well, Try to hold the bar with your mouse and move as far as you can to the left or right.

Ok, got it thanks for that, one has to press hold move slider bar all the way to left/right before the UI changes value from "2".
