I was now in Vermilion Gym and I get tm 25 Thunder. So there's no Thunderbolt in the game?
okay seems like that change got undone some how........
I put in the correct TM and an "Escape clause" that allows you to retrieve the correct TM even if you already beat Surge
simply talk to him and the TM will go into your bag(nothing will indicate that til you look in your bag)
