German translation (most of it with original text) - Complete German translation

This GameMode will feature the complete game in German, most of it with original text of Gold/Silver/Crystal/HeartGold/SoulSilver-Edition.

Completed:
- all German attack names
- a lot of trainers (until ilex forest)
- Localization/Tokens_de.dat
- Scripts/alph -> all files except computer.dat
- Scripts/Attacks.lua (attack descriptions are still in english ||| Not translated attacks: Ride, TheDerpMove)
- Scripts/barktown -> all files except mom.dat
- Scripts/center_script.dat

Just a tip for you:
Translating moves now will not work anymore as they remove the entire folder in the new version so there will not be any support for that

This is not completely german. There are some that are still english due to the game limitation.

Plus, if you want to play this gamemode, be sure to create a new empty folder at <gamemode>/content/data/moves

I decided, that I stop the translation and wait for newer versions of the game.
There are too many bugs and erros that occur because of the translation.

oh? Now the new version do no support translating moves anymore and it now uses custom move.
