Duplicate [Indev 0.49.1] Multi-turn moves reduces PP for every turn.

I used uproar again and again. The move PP turn to be negative.

What I expected to happen:
Uprooar lower 1 time at the trigger of the move. The PP just lower one even when pokemon is making an uproar.

What actually happened:
It lower 1 to 3 time a used causing the posibility of having a move with a PP negative.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use uproar on a pokemon.
2. It will trigger while to other turn lowering PP by 1.
