Duplicate [0.49.1] King's Rock Causing Delayed Flinching

Flinch Check: Quilava was wearing King's Rock and after a failed attempt at trying to Capture an Electrode, The Electrode couldn't move because it flinched. This may have been a delayed flinch from the previous attack, or catching a pokemon may also cause flinch with King's Rock.
A similar Flinch delayed incident occurred while fighting Boarder Ronald at Mahogany Gym. After defeating a Seel while wearing King's Rock, the next Seel to enter battle flinched.

What I expected to happen:
Battle to continue as usual without Pokemon flinching when switched in or after a failed catch attempt.

What actually happened:
Impromptu flinch.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have Pokemon hold King's rock and attempt to capture Pokemon.
2. Fail. I would assume there is now a __% Chance the Pokemon will flinch due to King's Rock.

1. Have Pokemon Holding King's Rock attack and K.O. a trainer's Pokemon.
2. Upon Switching in, the next Pokemon may flinch.

Have not experienced this again yet, with Flinch odds not being 100%, and having not been using Pokemon with King's Rock as often. It isn't Game-threatening, nor does it cause crashes, but it still isn't the intended function.

While we thank you for the report, I believe this has already been reported here:
