At the creepy pasta Buried Alive appear at the top of Lavender Tower.
In pokémon G/S/C the other floors are not accessible, the stairs are normally blocked by a Cop.
The Easter Egg would happen when the player go to Lavender Town at midnight (from 00:00 am, to 01:00 am).
The Lavender town theme from pokémon G/S/C would not be played, in it's place the first Lavender Town theme would. All the houses of the city would be locked, and only the tower would be open.
There would be no one at the whole town, not even at the tower, and the cop blocking the stairs wouldn't be there.
The music at the tower would be the one from pokemon R/B/Y.
Then the player could go to the stairs.
A black screen would appear, and the player would appear at the top floor, the floor would be dark (like in the places where you need to use flash, but flash wouldn't work there),
the map of the top floor would be this one:
Pokémon Tower.png

After the player check one the graves Buried Alive would say:

-Meat?.

After this the battle would start.

Buried Alive would have 4 pokémons, A Muk, 2 White Hands and one Gengar. All he's pokémons would be at level 66, and all of them would have the ghost type curse move.

The White Hands would have the follow moves: Fist (It always deals 100 damage), Brutal (Poison the other pokémon and always deals 50 damage), and Curse (the ghost type one).

Muk and Gengar would have the moves they normally would, but also Curse (the ghost type one).

If the player win the battle, he would receive a Bone:

, that would appear at one of the graves. Now you guys can say:

-But Gamer what this bone does?.

The Bone is an item to be held by a Pokémon. It boosts the power of any type of moves by 20%.
When the player win the battle and get the bone, the black screen would appear again and he would appear at the first floor of the Radio Tower, with the city back to normal, and his pokémons healed.

Now if the Player loses the battle, a black screen would appear, and the player would appear at the first floor of the tower too, but he wouldn't have the Bone.

After the battle, the easter egg would not happend again.

The Bone item seems a little overpowered. If this ever gets implemented, I would suggest not having that item, the fact that I just did all of this would be reward enough for me.

Maybe you could get only a large amount of gold.
If you think it's too op.

Another thing perhaps, a circumstance such as this should be very rare. I like the times you have suggested, but maybe only make this possible on a full moon? (I'm not sure if that's even possible, but it would be cool). When the circumstances are correct, the music and town conditions as you stated should be there, but perhaps a red hue over all of it to add to suspense?

Yeah why not?!, but i'm also not sure if this is possible, let's wait to see what a developer has to say about it.

I know other games (such as Team Fortress 2) do so, so I thought it would be an applicable feature for something like this.

In my oppinion, that is not necessary, at least at the moment
The game is still indev, it is not even nearly finished, and imo we must leave the optional stuff for later
There is a lot of code that would be involved in that as well, like that item for instance that bone item, which would take some lines of code, and it would take some of their precious time bugfixing, making the storyline maps and stuff like that, the main story.
Dont get me wrong, your idea is ok, but in my oppinion this is not even nearly a priority, and I think it shouldnt be implemented at least for now.
