Fixed [Indev 0.49.1] Crystal Wing Denial Bug

So I read once you got the Crystal Wing you could use it to obtain either the Silver Wing or the Rainbow Wing, so I decided to go to the Tin Tower and see how that worked as it's not in the original games.

The NPC offered me to trade him the Crystal Wing for the Rainbow Wing as expected, but I answered 'No', as I wanted to go for Lugia. Then, the NPC told me that I could return if I changed my mind and he stepped aside anyway.
