Anything in off-topic is allowed unless it is insulting or other wise breaks the "spirit of off-topic" which is a loosely defined term I came up with to describe how much the rules should actually apply in off-topic
So if talking in a weird jumble of languages is how the thread goes then that is how the thread goes
Basically anything in "Good Humor" is acceptable here
