Crash Corrupted Item File Crash

Shiny candies are a 0.01% shot at finding and only at one place, now if im lucky with 5 of us farming for them we clear mybe if lucky 6-9 a week inless your friend memory edit his save I cant see how or why anyone would hand over 60 shiny candy's ( been offed up to 5$usd each b4 too so that's a total of $300usd.

and as fantasticx.1991 said w/e you trade on the gts even with a crash you lose noting as it saves for you I have had crash's with the gts too, but never lost a pokemon or item ,hack I even got more out of it 1 time thanks to it somehow dupping the pokemon and the item it held

We have yet to decide whether or not your words are true. Without something for us to prove that you actually had this crazy amount of shiny candies, we cannot just simply give them to you because you claim them to have been lost.
Then comes your friend in this matter, how did he obtain this many without: 1. Bug abuse that we do not know of. 2. Hack them in. 3. Received them from some other person.
Also, if I am correct, there should be a backup folder somewhere that gets generated once you crash, but we'll have to wait for Darkfire or Nilllzz.

Perhaps not twisting and I am sorry if I did.

In the past when we got these kind of bug reports, people would usually ask for them to be recovered and usually we're okay with that.
In this case, the absurd about of 60 shiny candies is shocking since not many people will even see this many, ever.

All I did was report a bug so it gets fixed and doesn't happen again but people like James can't appreciate that...

We always appreciate bug reports, this game in no-where near finished, it's not even in alpha and the current playerbase are pretty much ''beta-testers'' although it's indev.

As for the bug itself, I can't really say since I am not a master at reading the crash reports. We'll have to wait for Darkfire/Nilllzz to read them and do something about them.
Could you be a little more detailed about what EXACTLY happened? I would greatly appreciate that.

I don't know what this is all about, but it looks like your data got corrupt while saving the game. If that happens, the game creates backup files in the Pokemon\Save\backup folder. If you want to have your save file back, you can upload the newest backup file to the Backup support forum, I will get to that as soon as possible.
The crash log is a result of the corrupt files, so the game cannot load them correctly.

Also, to find the actual source of this error, it might be handy to have temporary access to your account. If you want me to resolve the issue for your account without using backups, I can try to log in to your account and maybe correct any corrupt data. You would need to send me your GameJolt username and token for that.
