Fixed [Indev 0.49.1] Text Leaves Boundary In Celadon City

I clicked the sign next to the game corner, and the text got out of the text box.

What I expected to happen:
Text being inside the text box

What actually happened:
Text got out of the text box.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Celadon
2. Just to the right of the closed game corner, theres a trainers tip sign. Click it.
3. tada!
