Cant donwload my online Profile

Hello Guys,
My Proplem is when i click on play online. It starts the download but it will never finish. the loadscreen is always full with the white thing, but it dont finish.
Pls help me. me and friends want to play online and i already have a profile

Keep pressing right click and relog, It will connect eventually.

Keep trying...it sometimes gets stuck. It will always work after a couple of tries.

Hrm, if that doesn't work either, try disabling your anti-virus and see if you can logon then, after you logged in you can enable it again without an issue.
