Fixed [Indev 0.48] Bridge at Route 27 can be surfed on without water

Player likes to surf on a Bridge floor

What I expected to happen:
Nothing. Just a normal floor.

What actually happened:
The game ask you to surf on a Bridge floor.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Walk over that bridge and hit enter or space at certain place.
2. A prompt will appear

EDIT: Okay in-case anyone wants to have fun bridge surfing for the next day or so it is the portion of the bridge on route26 that has the water under it not the route 27 one
and it will be fixed in the next version
