I'm using a Mac. Does that stop me from doing so?
Nope. Unless you want to play the gamemode, then you will need a virtual windows operating system program to handle it.

If you want the buildings of little root town, I have a backup in my git
https://github.com/jianmingyong/Pokemon-Universal-3D/tree/master/GameModes/Pokémon Universal 3D/Content/Models/12/LittleRootTown

Building 1 and 2 are the normal house while Building 3 is the Prof. birch lab.
They should be in the rar file and I hope you could extract it.

Are they OBJ files? Because the format that I found in the game mode models folder isn't supported in Unity 3D. At least*, I don't think so.
Oh, P3D models uses xnb files :p

There is a .blend file for each buildings that APC made.
If you want to have a different format, then I might have to convert them for you unless you have blender.

I got blender, but I have NO experience with it. I hope it's easy to convert.

Simply open the file with blender, at the top left press
File => Export => Choose the format you would want => Usually there will be visual bugs for different environment so there are options on the bottom left that you might want to mess up with and Export it out and test it.

Yep, I got it working. I'll send an image as soon as I can.

Is there any way to get buildings like this in an Obj format, I wanna see how they're built?

Hmm I could convert them for you to have a look.

[Edit] Since you have blender, I don't think I would need to convert at all. All the models here are friendly to blender.

Just announcing that I'll be creating my own P3D original world and story line using original and new models for all building terrain and if anyone wants to volunteer their time alongside me, I'll be more than greatful, and I'll try to compensate anyone who helps.

That is not easy to render as well... I just wish Pokémon 3D have such lighting or shadow for 3D model.

Well... Although I know c# but I couldn't render an object out :p
