That's another triangulation error, open the file in blender, select the object then go to modifiers, and choose triangulate, and that will fix the issue.

I might have forgotten, if I find the file I'll reupload it tonight. If I could find someone dedicated enough I'd be up for recreating a game or makin a new one but every one seems to have their own plans right now.

These are custom map pieces that are under construction.

They are in neither of those. These parts are not in a map, they are simply pieces of a map, hence why you can download them separately for possible implementation in a GameMode or other map.
