Fixed [Indev 0.48] Bulk Up Decreases Stats

Bulk up decreases stats. not increasing

What I expected to happen:
Increase both Defence and Attack

What actually happened:
decreases them

Steps to reproduce:
1. just add the Bulk Up to a pokemon and see the fail.
