I want a Lucario,it have a Great attack and defense,because it is Fight and Steel.I need it,where to found it?

You can catch Riolu in Route 26 by headbutt in secret area and you can catch Riolu/Lucario (I can't remember correct which form is catchable there) in Hidden Grottos where should be 6th Generation Pokemon.
