This is a command line tool that export your xnb files to wav

Warning: The pokémon 3D sound file is not supported by this program. ( Due to not being PCM format )

If you have download a custom sound from resource and you want to extract it, this come in handy.

Those who need to convert the file back to xnb. Consider download Pokémon 3D XNA Formatter.
