Where does the storyline stops on this update?

I just finished everything on Sevii islands and I have 3 medals of Kanto, but I don't know what to do now. The Cerulean Cave is being blocked by a guy who says "soon" and I assume that cave isn't developed yet, or there is something I'm missing?
