Elite Four and Master Lance impossible to beat

You probably heard me say about this in one of my conversations. This happened to me on the PC, but not on my Gameboy Advance. It also has a before and after effect.Basically its:
Before
  • A little easy even tho I was a low level.
  • Only failed the Pokemon League Challenge when battling Lance.
  • Had more usable money
After
  • Can't beat Will.
  • Have less usable money.
  • Can't Beat Any Elite Four even with when my Main Pokemon's Level is 69.
I dunno if it's me or a hack.But, I have 2 questions for it.They're:
How will this effect others? And more importantly, what caused this to happen?

1. What do you mean with Before and after
2. Your GameBoy Advance? Please tell me more how you got XNA and .Net running on your GBA.
3. What kind of Hack are you talking about?
4. Is this about you not being able to beat the league?
5. If 4. is true: How should this affect others?
6. Most importantly: Why is this a bug?

i think he's upset that the league uses too many full restores and, thus can't go any further

Answers:
1.What happened then and what's happening now.
2.Well, by Gameboy Advance i mean the pocket handheld on that goes with the Gamecube. It was also completed with more money than usual.
3.I dont know if it's a hack. It could be a change in Difficulty.
4.Yes.It's something that hasent happened before.
5.Some might get this by random.A guy name Fabio(dont really no how hes called) had the same thing.
6.It's a bug cuz it should be some sort of "up and down" problem.

not really. It's sorta an unknown effect or something.

How can you be so sure that you did everything in P3D exactly as you did it in the GBA version of the game?
How can you be so sure that you had the exact team with exact moves/IV's/EV's in both games?
How can you be so sure that you spend the same amount of money on your way to E4 in both games?
and more importantly, How can you be so sure that this is a bug?
Probably the AI is too much for you to handle. and just because a couple of players couldn't beat E4, doesn't mean everyone couldn't, I beat E4 with one or 2 lvl 50 pokemon, i'm sure others have done it better than me.

Try lowering your difficulty, you might have it on S-Hard.

Yeah, I guess this isn't a bug, and not really a suggestion either. I am going to move this to Community Support.

Just keep battling.. Beat the first elite again and again, doesnt matter if u lose in the second one. You'll get 4k money for each win against first.

Collect money and then buy dozens of items in the mart located in that building.. Not that hard....

Do some training at R26/R27/Victory Road, grow some Sitrus, Leppa, Pecha, Cherri Berries and buy some revives. If you have more time you could do some EV training too.

Raise an Alakazam, level it to about 55-60 and make sure it knows psychic and teach it shadow ball. First three battles are an easy sweep. OHKO's for days. Watch out for Koga's Muk, and make sure that Will's Xatu doesn't get the confuse ray off. Clean up the rest with a Lapras that knows ice beam, a fighting pokemon, an electric for Lance's gyarados, and a steel type (Scizor, boss). Grass pokemon are irrelevant for the E4.
Edit: Bring a fire type, just in case. Koga's pesky forretress.
