Translation into german

I would like to offer a full translation into german language since it appears that only the menu system and some basic informations about pokemons are translated. Of course only if this is wished because most of the fanbase here is not german as far as i can see?

As far as i know, you are not able to translate the full game into any language other than English, because that will require changes in the scripts of the game and the data files. and the game does not allow it because that might be used for cheating.

But last lines in translations files says there will be chance to translate game mostly fully, but somewhere in a distant future. At least I think so.
