no it's a normal type. rollout is a rock type move, and has a 1x hit power towards ghost/poison

I know its a normal type move. But Im almost positive in the old Gold,Silver and Crystal, Stomp worked against Ghost types.

Oh wait, im thinking HG and SS. And Milktank has the ability Scrappy which makes normal types hit ghost pokemon.

The best move to use when fighting Miltank is, yea Rollout
For the simple reason that you can charge it with the first pokemon so it does massive damage when miltabk comes in.
Also when t uses milk drink the attack gets stronger every time so eventually you can 1 hit KO it.
My advise: catch a Geodude or Phanpy.
