Evolving

Hey I am a huge fan of Pokémon ever since I was 11. I just heard of this game and i love it so far a little different but still great but I did notice one thing I do not know if someone else has brought it up but when you evolve your [URL='http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon']Pokémon should refil its health bar correct but it does not do that in this game just curious why not?[/URL]

i don't think it ever done that! then again, it's been so long since i played one of them.

Well, your HP bar isn't really going to refill itself on level up, but let's say your pokemon's total HP increase by four, when you go up a level. These four HP will also be added to your current HP.
On Evolving, I have no information, that it's supposed to refill HP. What evolution certainly does, is to increase the base stats, among them base HP, so after evolution, a pokemon may have higher HP than before.
