Is there a Pokemon 3D Editor/ Map Editor that works?

The only known map editor, Pokéditor, is outdated, and cannot be used. You need to physically alter the map data in the .dat files.

I'm no expert on this, so it might be more wise to ask the creators of GameModes for tutorials.
