Not a bug Poliwag used a different move then it has.

I caught a Poliwag (# 60) on rout 30 and it has the move water sport on it's move set but when I use it Poliwag uses pound instead. I do not know if others have seen this as well. I noticed this bug on my online single player game.

It just means that the move hasn't been implemented yet. If the move hasn't been implemented yet, it will be replaced by pound. Thank you for reporting this.
