Not confirmed [Indev 0.46.1] Ho-Oh Sprite Cuts Off Other Sprites

The following screenshots show that the Ho-Oh sprite on top of the Tin Tower overlaps other sprites such as the trainer and the pokemon following the trainer when they are near the Ho-Oh.

I also noticed this in the earlier versions. I think I have my own sprite that can do this
