Fixed [Indev 0.46.2] Strange Entei/Raikou Count

I've been trying to catch the 2 random legendary dogs but I accidentally caught raikou 2 times and I've been flying to blackthorn city going to the grass and if entei is not the 1st encounter fly back to blackthorn again and again for 1 hour 30 mins already. There doesn't seem to be entei. Is this a bug?

I know that this was a bug back in Indev 0.40, but I thought it was fixed...

If the bug still exists, you still should be able to find entei. And why should Entei be near blackthorn city anyway?

Entei is not technically there, but Entei is a roamer and only changes location when you fly somewhere, and since the game does not tell you where currently Entei is, flying to the same location over and over seems the best way to encounter Entei,

on a side note, that's where i keep encountering Entei, however i can't seem to encounter Raikou anymore.

Oh, I asked another player for tips on how to catch them and he said that his technique was that he used fly to blackthorn then went to the grass on the route and if the 1st encountered pokemon was not entei or raikou, he repeated the steps which according to him was a way to re randomize the location of the legendary dogs. Based on statistics the principle was sound for a program to do. Oh, and the player replied first. Cool.

yea..that was me, and that's how i do it and it works for me.

I'm not sure, but I believe the game spawned a raikou instead of a entei cause neither of the 2 seem to spawn after I caught the two raikou's. Oh, and I use .46.1 (the latest download) according to the launcher.

You don't even need to use fly to encounter the dogs, you can just exit the area and re-enter

that's how it worked in the origional, but i knew you didn't even need to fly, just wasn't sure of it.

it's not even possible to get it to low HP to catch it easier
