Thank you for reporting this bug, though next time we would like to see the crash log. In reality, this bug does not have to do with your game.

You can solve this problem by uninstalling your current version of the .NET framework and install the latest version from Microsoft.

This is actually a duplicate thread of http://pokemon3d.net/forum/threads/6913/, but since that thread was considered Not a Bug, I shall do so here too.
