Minor server improvements

As we all know the servers aren't very stable at the moment. They often crash, people have to wait for the admin to see and restart them. A good thing will be a notification sound and a message when the server drops. That way the admin will know that there is something wrong and fix it asp.

The biggest issue for me is that there is typically no warning that anything negative has happened to the server. On my end, everything seems to be functioning correctly. The server is still up, it's not frozen, the only indication something has gone wrong is that everyone has left. If I could get time stamps it would let me know everyone left at the same time, there's probably an issue.
