What is you favorite generation?

Jeah that would be awesome... a open world Pokemon Game on the WiiU. But it has to be a Multiplayer Game.
For that I would definitely buy the WiiU

i only played gen 1 and 2 and liked them both and I'm sure if little draco had bothered to get a GBA instead of a gaming PC he'd have liked gen 3 just fine.

I took a look at soulsilver and the additions to the UI and graphics at least were cool in the NDS ones.

My favourite gen has to be the third one! I loved the Hoenn region and all of its pokémon. It was the first pokémon game that I bought (got red and silver of my older brother) and I instantly fell in love with it!

I am voting generation 2 because it brought the most to the pokemon genre, but gen 5 is a tie because it has so much to do post-game.
