Music suggestions in general

- add johto_elite_encounter and johto leader_encounter, i want to add diferent music in that encounters.
- add vs_legendary, a specific song when you are battling with legendary pokemon.

Adding songs is a complicated decision......
Songs are by far the largest part of the download(about half**)
The decisions to include more songs rather than less are not simple ones to make but I suspect that if we were going to add any these would be the best....
The Legendary song is (currently atleast) impossible to have occur though we have tossed around making it work before but never gotten around to doing it

**I just added up the size of my Maps, Scripts, and Content folders as well as the .exe(all of which are likely slightly larger than the normal download) and got ~100 MB the songs folder(which has no extra files) was ~50 MB

Maybe in lieu of adding in additional songs, you add in some flags distinguishing the different battles with them defaulting to the normal battle theme when there isn't a file found? Applying something like that to most music cues would probably help a lot when it comes to testing the program.

Of course, I'm sure you guys will eventually add in all the music, so it may be best to just wait.
