Crash Game crashes at Launcher when downloading new version

When I start the launcher:
1.Download latest version
2.Download
I have downloaded it ,then he load all the files or something and by "pokemon.exe" it crash.
by windows XP it doesn't crash,but by windows 7 it does!
PLS help me
