There are a decent amount of languages built in, However, they only translate menu buttons, names, and certain other things. In-game dialogue will still be English.

Yes, I know which content is only translating.
I want to know if someone translate for new country, but not alone with couple of people, would these translations be add to game?

Well...it seems that all of us have to improve our english skills if we wish to keep playing this game. Not a bad thing.

but good question about the possibility of adding newer/better localization files.
for my own language (german) I edited the existing one, so it have now all translated pokemon names (because they are more known for me) and added as much places i could find in the game with the translated names. Also edited 2-3 typos that I found inside.
so it sounds interesting if there will be a possiblility to replace it maybe in the install package.

We had thread for that, but that was long time ago. So that's why I made thread to know if they still add and update Languages.

Okay, I checked something and saw P3D don't support Lithuanian letters: ą, č, ę, ė, į, š, ų, ū, ž. Plus I need some things to be add in P3D:
1. Increase Pokemon and NPC names letters cap from 10 to 15.
2. Possibility to different gender have different name.

Remember: for a ingame pm one needs to be able to spell your name (i think so atleast) and that would be hard for anyone who dosn't know how to make those signs

sigh...you can pm in-game. in order to do so you have to type in chat /pm NAME (of the person you wish to pm) and then the text. if you use stuff like č, ę, ė in your name, this would be a problem ^^

Can't say about plans for other characters but there is no character limit on anything in the game(this does cause some problems when a name forces the rest of the text of the screen but most of those are accounted for
