You should report this error.

Go to "http://pokemon3d.net/forum/forums/6/create-thread" to report this crash there.
Also, when I select "Play Online", it sometimes takes forever to download.
I retry it a couple times and it then it works fine, but sometimes not, it is very annoying.
I think there is a link between that and the reported crash.

So Nils looked at your log.dat file. Your NPC.dat in your save file is corrupted. Have you closing the game before it completely finished saving?

There was one time in my previous save file (also got corrupted) where my friend's server disconnected right when I was saving , but besides that, never.

EDIT:
So does this mean this file is probaly going to end like my previous one?

If yes, how can I prevent this to happen again in the future?

At the moment, closing the game without finishing the saving process is the only way we know to corrupt save files.

So I can't play on like normal on this file?
If yes, if I start a new one, how can I make sure that that one is not going to be affected by the previous one?

Assuming that's the only way a save file that can be corrupted, you'd just have to make sure that you wait for it to finish saving before exiting.
