Your difficulty

What difficulty do you usually use when you play Pokemon 3D? Zero, one or two? I use two since it's easier to level up on wild pokemons and to give a challenge against trainers, rival and gym leaders. Even though it's still a bit easy, but harder than regular difficulty.

Any opinions on difficulty? Does it make it harder?

I use two on my file that I have not changed anything. It doesn't seem to make the game much harder but at the same times allows for more exp.

Well I do hope in the future that they will make the difficulty more difficult than it already is!
You can always do a challenge of some variety to make it more difficult, though a lot of challenges hurt the player in the end. Your team may not be competitive against other players after a challenge is completed whereas a team made in regular game play can be powerful if created and used correctly.

the formula for it scales with level, as you go on things are going to be very high level compared to easy.
IIRC hard is Level+(Level\5) medium is Level+(Level\10) and easy is no change.

TrainerRed, for a competitive match, with lots of strategy, we shouldn't have pokémons that kill eachother in 1 hit... We would, firstly, need to increase their HP by 20x, and it would make the game be boring. That's what is good about the Battle Tower: Most pokémons can't kill everything in a single hit, so we need strategy.
