More Mouse input options and confirmation check on wonder trades.

I accidentally wonder traded my first shiny because I didn't realize wonder trading doesn't accept left clicking the pokemon you wish to trade as a method of selection and just automatically trades away whatever is in the lead slot with no confirmation check at all. (At least I don't think there was. Maybe I tried to click "No" and again it automatically said yes because the UI doesn't allow the cursor to select options. I was too busy freaking out that some lucky bastard just got my shiny Geodude to pay that much attention.) Either clicking on the specific region of the screen where a dialogue/option choice is should select the option the mouse is rolled over or clicking shouldn't be an acceptable input for menus at all. Because I can definitely see other newbies making the same mistake I did. And they might be more inclined to rage about it than I am. Nobody wants a bunch of butthurt newbies on their hands. So can we make this happen one way or the other? Also, sorry if this is a duplicate of some other thread saying the same thing. I searched the forums for the word "Mouse" to see if there was anything remotely similar, and unless I completely missed it, everything was about mouse character movement controls rather than menu controls.

Bumping this because no replies from any of the community or the staff. UI changes are kind of important, and I doubt anything ever gets done without community feedback. Or at least some traffic.

I am usually against bumping threads, so please don't.

On topic, I think a way to reduce the chance of this happening would be to make it so that the only way to trade the pokemon would be to click on it using the mouse instead of the keyboard because most people seem to just spam space whenever they can.

I don't see too much issue with bumping a thread 5 days after the last post made in it. But noted. I'm usually against bumping threads as well.
