Crystal?

I was thinking about some things while watching a Pokemon song thing and Crystal came up and I remembered back to P3D and said to myself "Hey, Crystal isn't a playable character" (or at least I dont think so, i haven't been up to date with anything) and then I came here to make this.
So, make Crystal a playable character?
