Try flushing your DNS.

Why would he want to flush his DNS? The page's DNS location hasnt changed...

Well when I couldn't access the website, I did that and it worked.
Perhaps it is his Internet connection; I can access GameJolt just fine.

That is the P3D server still. That's why I asked. The GameJolt connection is fine then. Tried restarting your computer?
