Pokemon 3d Launcher Is Not Working

Hello there, I've been away for a while and when I got back I saw that pokemon 3d updated. Totally pumped about this fact I try to install the newest version- Welp so much for that, It'll do one of two things when I start up the launcher, It'll A: Ask if I want to download the new version and then when I press yes it only downloads about 2.4% of it and then not go any farther or B: Not ask me and whenever I try to press anything it makes the little windows kinda "DING YOU CAN'T DO THAT" noise. I'm not sure what to do and I'm wondering if I uninstall and then reinstall it will be save get deleted? Thanks in advance. :headphone:

If it does situation A, just cancel and attempt to download again. It should work the second time.

If it does situation A, just cancel and attempt to download again. It should work the second time.

I just tried that and now it only does situation B. :borg:
